Great open sky which helps convey the vastness. On my screen the foreground especially to the lower right is a little too dark for my taste. It's almost blocked up.
This is a nice picture. What a view! But I also had the impression that it looks a bit too dark. My feeling, though, is that also the sky and clouds might look even better if a little brighter.
Composition is a bit static due to placing the horizon in the center. Doing this is against the "rules", which are meant to be broken, but in this case, I don't think breaking that rule benefited the image.
Time of day/sun angle...with the sun behind the camera, the shapes of the ridges, etc in the foreground are lost. Much earlier or later in the day would have given some life and definition to the landscape...it looks like there could be some interesting forms down there.
I think that the red filter has also killed the feeling of the light on the vegetation (darkened the greens). If you used the red filter because of the clouds, then the photo should have been more about the clouds.
Something to try -- print as a panarama, using the center third of the print, with the balence being 1/3 land, 2/3 sky (keeping the values of the sky the same as you have it now. I suggest this because presently, the bottom third and the top third of the image gives the viewer no significant information about the place or the light there.
