I probably overexposed this by 1 stop but it still worked well on Azo-grade 2. The 48 second exposure was counted out since I didn't have any sort of time piece with me.

just love it.

I know you are reffering to the "over exposure" in the blown highlight.... but I think it works well with this image. "correct" exposure would have lost some of that feeling.

Thank you Thomas. This is a traditional American barn which performed many duties, one of which would be functioning as a stable. This one is has been refurbished enough to make it safe (mostly via a new modern roofing material) and is open to the public. The hay lofts have been removed which is why the structure is open from the bottom level to the roof.
