I love this , is this a scan of a print? It cries out "tell me more"

One of my first photo when I was a kid. The photograph was made on the old Altix. The film is efke 50 ASA, I can not remember the developer, probably FOTOKEMIKA, at that time the only provider of photo material in former Yugoslavia ,Croatia. Since that time the negative was passed many of printing , what is evident from scratch in the image. Countless times passed through the Russian YPA enlarger, Czech MAGNIFAX, and today the DURST, but these are my first works, and for me they have a special charm. Really one of your first. she has a great look about her. If I were you I would PS this and make a new negative without the scratches. yes I know I know this is a analog site but when you have a damaged negative in today's world, we are so fortunate to be able to reproduce the negative and make something we can print . the other thought is that the scratching gives it a certain look and makes this photo have that aged look to it.
