Sometimes underexposure can expose a feeling that almost causes one to go back into history. Such is this, with one almost feeling that Franklin was walking by.

Good that you did not lower your camera because then we would have seen all that nasty 'security' stuff that would immediately put us back onto the 21st Century.

When I moved to Philadelphia in 1989 there was no 'security fencing' around Independence Hall on Chestnut Street, and one could also walk right up to Benjamin Franklin's grave on Arch Street, without paying 'admission', in order to throw pennies. - David Lyga
