The loss of the edge of the upper-left buttress looks accidental. I'd have backed up a bit to include it while keeping the two triangular shapes in the lower right. You might have used a filter to darken the sky, avoiding the near-disappearance of the sunlit buttress. And I'd have shot a little lower to "contain" the negative shape of the sky.
tnp - thank you. 'Had an orange filter on, but it was a rather gray day. 'Getting used to using the longer glass. I was back against a stone sign, but in hindsite, could have gone much further & cropped down, if needed. The place has cool Gargoyles, but they're too small to get a good composition. The place thoroughly got my attention
It has encyclopedia appeal; it shows off the architectural detail well. I'm more concerned about the uneven development from the semi-stand development. No idea how to tell you to remediate that though.
