Very good job ! The toughest part is catching a good wave, as they are unpredictable. Of course, you have to know your exposure. This shows that opportunity favours the prepared mind.
 
That black line along the horizon makes me think that your photo is in fact two photos joined together. Not that there anything wrong with that technique but the joint should not be that obvious.
 
No Vincent I can assure you it is one negative one photograph..Thanks for the interest and compliments everyone. The day I took this the weather was pretty crazy. I only had two or three exposures left in my rangefinder so I took the shots and barely made it out of the way without getting my camera soaked in salt water.I also had a canon 40d so I took about fifty or so shots. When I got home I uploaded them and they were all terrible. About a week later I developed the film and realized I had nailed it with the second frame just like I had visualized. That experience soured me even more on digital.The shot was taken on Casey Key in Fl.
