Awty, Thank You. It was literally a break from shooting the memorials. 'Too much intensity & I had to see other parts of life, which this busy park provided. 'Children laughing & playing, every culture there & enjoying some family time. This was a lull in the activity & seemed a good image of summer fun by old & young. I went back today & hope some other shots tell the story. I appreciate your kindness.
I think you have a very strong composition in this shot. The man on the seat carries the eye across to the chap walking through the water. But I do think the contrast should be increased as the photo is a bit flat at the moment.
I apprecaite your kindness, all. Compositionally, I was afraid it was again, too cliche'd. I was back Sunday for other views & hopw something comes from them. 'Glad this wasn't too repetitious.
I really like this composition. The boy is not "frolicking" as would be cliche, but looking down in contemplation.
I also like how the water spouts mirror the tree tops in the background.
However its printed too dark. The water should be white, not grey. And its a clear day, should be contrasty.
Also, you may wany to try a tighter crop. The empty sky takes up a third the image.
Great potential here if printed a little differently.
