This year the sea is icing early. I don't remember seeing this before on November.
It was cold, the ground glass of my 4x5 field camera froze up after first breath under the focusing cloth and I had to scratch small holes on ice to see anything.
Lovely shot. Nice atmosphere. The landscape and the vegetation is very much similar to where I live in southern Norway. And I know how you feel. I've been out in more or less the same conditions these past weeks. I amazed the shutters still work.
Yes it's quite similar in southern Norway - except that here are no mountains :|
I have once drove from Finland to Norway thru sweden. There's nothing that identifies where you are except different traffic signs and language. But nature seems pretty much same.
Until first mountains appears at the horizon.
I perhaps been lucky, but I have never had issues with shutters on cold winter days. Perhaps all my lenses and cameras are just so old and has worn out enough
