Outdoors on a cold sunday morning with screws in the soles of an old pair of running shoes (see: http://skyrunner.com/screwshoe.htm) and my Rollei 35 S in my hip pack
Yes, that is true - I focused on some icicles in the middle using: http://tomchuk.com/misc/rf/
I should have aimed more on "1/3 front 2/3 back" - and was probably a little bit in hurry due to the cold creeping in when not running... - however, I happen to like it somehow this way since the rocks are also in focus.
If I remember correctly I was already at 1/60 or 1/30 sec, which is the limit for handhold shots with my Rollei 35 S - no tripod in my hipbag during running - leaving the KR 3 filter off would give about a factor 2/3 in time / aperture, but in particular on cloudy days I find the Fuji Provia 400 X too blue/cold without.
Because I also want to project my slides, post-processing colors and sharpening is not a real option for me. However, I thank you all for your responses, it shows me the weak spots of the image - which I may overlook otherwise, because I enjoy the function of taking analog "personal notes" with this small camera during my longer runs.
