Icecap

Hi,
I´m back after a while with a triptychon from the greenland icecap. These shots were taken about 200 km far away from westgreenland´s coastline. Blowing sand over blue and white ice. If you are looking for a scale try to find the icescrew from my tent which was melted out (15cm) after 24 hours.

Great idea with the red filter to separate the blue out of the ice. I'm a fan of all your images, I hope they make it to final prints.

Great work. I really like the lack of clear scale cues. Perhaps for that reason, to my eye, it appears almost like an abstract 2D painting- only the clouds break the illusion slightly. Definitely print this and print it well!

Thx guys, there are two more from this location Martin. They are all already printed keith. Maybe the 2D-pencil felling is also caused by the 210mm lens.
