Striking!! - and fascinating.
Not the average "slow the exposure down to indicate water movement" - far more!
Picasso once said, "Art is a lie that leads to the truth." This is a beautiful "lie".
Not only deserving of Gallery Exhibition, I'd use ths image to advertise the show itself!

What an amazing scene, and you made a very nice use of the light. A beautiful and unusual composition! The aspect ratio is just right, as is the tone. Wonderful.
