I did something very similar when I first got my Omega E model. I shot overlooking Bisbee,Az. But I went for maximum dof and on a brighter day so the speed was high enough to stop action. This shot is very interesting to me. It has the look of a scale model shot which is what I thought it was at first. Very cool.

This really shows how people are trained to interpret photographs. As has been noted previously, this does look like a scale model because of the tight depth of field and the way the focus falls off. Just what one would expect with a fixed lens camera doing a close-up. Intriging.
