Thanks! I am bugged by the slight asymmetry now :s I think I got some better versions. Anyway, I am looking for ward to working with the b&w. Did one on ortho (which should darken the green relative to the blues). If that doesn't work then I'll blue filter the slide and enlarge it to ortho and go from there.

For handpainting I am experimenting with egg tempera, I just love the finish... working with 'authentic', original pigments. And breaking eggs But so far I am not so good at the brush work!

This might work as a polaroid transfer, come to think....

Anyway the lady I did this for, as a present, *hates* central symmetry, it's going to annoy her tremendously. But then she'll see the heart motif, I hope.
