That's because they're a bit too cool (about 350F too cool) need gobs of butter and smidgeon on bacon. I agree with Megmog and don't think that they'd make good sushi, either!

Pretty fun shot! I especially like the slime trail from the one that just got a "tongue-lashing"...

thanks for the hint...if you provide me with some nice receipes, I will try to include snails from now on in her diet....will let you know how it went (maybe I get more pictures out of that experiment!!).
