How the mind works...

This is the same image presented twice, one rotated 180 degrees to the other. To me the two images look utterly different to one another and my mind converts the ridges and valleys into different things in each image. Does it work for you?

The image is of a weathered sandstone wall in caves on the River Eden in Cumbria and was actually shot in landscape format so neither shot is reall an accurate reflection of what I saw!

Interesting observation and both are fascinating images
 
I like them both .... and feel the change. It looks like dead planet face, daemonic play of light and shape. r.
