Yeah, well at least he doesnt cost me anything nor complain.
Experimenting with light, strong light on the right and soft light on the left to give shadow detail.
Print scans a dreadful.
I've been back to this one a few times. Each time it reveals something new to me. The light and texture work well together. For me, it conveys sadness- an abandoned (once loved) toy, on an abandoned chair, in an abandoned place. The image evokes an emotional response in me, which is why I keep coming back to it. I don't know if it was planned, but the title reminds me of the song by The Smiths, which also elicits the same sense of melancholy for me.Thank you for sharing.
@eddie
You shut your mouth
How can you say
I go about things the wrong way?
I am human and I need to be loved
Just like everybody else does
There's a club if you'd like to go
You could meet somebody who really loves you
So you go and you stand on your own
And you leave on your own
And you go home and you cry
And you want to die.
Morrissey is like a sad Teddy.
Thanks I appreciate the coments, you saw what I tried to convey. I like working with light, just not very good at it. I will persevere.
