Salt print. I've been teaching myself this process for the past few weeks. The image was made from an 8x10 HP5 negative that I exposed way back in '03, along Chester Rd., near Mission. It's fun going through your old negative piles. You never know what you'll find! Toned the print in KRST 1+100.
Andy, if I knew you were in my neighborhood and shot a picture of my house, I would have invited you in for coffee and donuts. Next time, let me know.
All kidding aside, I love the foliage and house. It would look great as an infrared scene also.

Everything is all akilter! Beautiful photo and interesting angle. Makes it look even more likely to slide downhill than it already is! Sharp, and tones are good.
Yes, I went back through your gallery and found it. Sure would be nice to have HIE again. I have one roll of 120 Konica infrared I’m saving for something special.

I LOVED HIE. Very sad when it went away. I do have a box of 4x5 in the freezer, that expired in '67. I had two, but finished one off. The fog was a bit on the high side, but easily printed/scanned through. I think there are a couple of images in my gallery. One of Holy Ascension church. I shot a lot of Konica in Japan years ago. I made a few images with it that I liked. Thankfully, I have a few boxes of Rollei IR... not the same but good stuff. I also have 50 sheets of same but in 8x10, that I purchased from a member here, a few months ago. Looking forward to playing with it this Summer!
