My girlfriend and I were cruising the mountains of northern Franklin County and spotted a house for sale. Sitting all alone it was massive, old and very worn down. The "newer" half was a brick structure looking to be around 1900 which was added to the original stone structure which who knows how old. As we walked around back the absence of the back porch immediately caught my eye. The white plaster and windows against the dark bricks created the contrast to make this photograph.
