Great shot. That place is about 50 min's from where I live. It's actually a hard place to get a really expressive image.

@Eric Rose Agreed! I tried photographing this area a few years back on an epic road trip, but didn't get many images that I really liked. I'm hoping that the next time I visit my brother in Brooks that I'll have time to head up to Drumheller as well.

@Eric Rose you're very lucky to live close to Drumheller. It's a place that I've loved since first visiting on a camping trip (from Saskatoon). I always try to pass through on my way from BC to Saskatoon. This time, I got lucky!

@mooseontheloose I've photographed here several times, dating back to '95 (on a vacation from Japan!), '08, '13, and '16, exposing hundreds of sheets of film and only a few are keepers. This last time I lucked out with the weather and got a fantastic thunder storm and lots of great light! I swear that same weather system followed me all the way to Swift Current (which got flooded the morning right after we left!), then on to The Big Muddy!
