I'm a NC native and I've never been to this area but looking at this makes me wonder why?

How much of a crop is this and what was your final image size on paper?

Beautiful. The treatment is so graphic, but works perfectly. I look forward to seeing more of these. Have you anything with the horses head up? I'm knitpicking I know!

very nice rendition, Thomas. This could pass for a winter scene in snow instead of sand.

An early morning encounter with one of these creatures was the highlight of a very nice trip to OBX several years ago.

Quite incredible Thomas. How on earth do you get that effect with Lith?...I thought it always had a slight reddish tone! Fantastic image too. K
