Are you kidding me!? This photo is amazing. When was this taken? His gaze, the hair in her eyes, the wedding ring.. . What a story this photo tells.

I never noticed the ring until just now. I think it's an engagement ring, isn't it? Thanks, Gus for pointing that out.

This picture was taken 35 years ago, near Gatlinburg, Tennessee. High schools often took class trips to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and I found these two sitting on the lawn, waiting for their bus to take them back home.
