Marc, these are really seriously good, all of them, but this one is the one I prefer, the superb lighting, note the shadow from the brim of the hat, yet at the same time you have retained good lighting on the face, wonderful light modelling. Plus your model is good as well, perfect pose for the set scene. I'm not surprised (that much) that you shot 20 sheets of film and managed good (probably near perfect) exposures. Practice, practice and more practice have stood you in good stead, you are a very accomplished photographer and printer. Unfortunately for many people viewing your gallery, I have seen some of your prints in the flesh, trust me they are pretty damned good. Mick.

Thanks Mick!! That's very kind of you! It's true about practice though - I make fewer and fewer mistakes these days I might pop a print of this one in the next A/NZ print exchange - it's probably my favourite too...Marc!
