High way 11 #1

Another from my new series on New Orleans East. These were "camps" or houses on piles. Most were 10-20 feet in the air, howvever they were outside of the hurricane protection levee. They paid dearly for it too. The landscape is scattered with scenes like these, with occasional trailer here and there.
