A hidden pond somewhere in middle TN. This was a planned shot 2 years in the making until I was able to conceive and capture the image with the vision I wanted. Captured 2 years ago before the leaves came out in late winter. At my wife's suggestion, I printed and framed this very large.
Thank you for kind responses. I had almost forgotten about this (captured in 2019) until my wife, who hates B&W, was looking through my online gallery and said, "Wow, that is really good, you should print that." She never says that, especially to B&W, so I knew I needed to print it. I printed 18x24 (slight crop as that was the matted frame I had on hand) and it is as sharp as it looks. I probably could go 20x30...I love TMX for tripod 35mm work. It is just so good and yes, it does have an almost MF look. It is now hanging proudly in my private practice office. This is a scan with just minimal adjustments to levels (contrast work). Scanned with a kodak pakon f135+ for those who care. I had BayPhoto print it.
