Interesting: the other day I mixed up some Wall's Normal Hydroquinone and developed some Fomatone in it. I got the same brown tone and lower contrast like you have here.
Dan, Fomatone and NACCO can produce high contrast lithy prints with green and peach tones. I just exposed and pulled this print for the lower contrast brown toned effect.
