I like the image. however, the print looks severely under-developed, like you were using dead developer. that was my first impression. not a look that appeals to me.

Ian, its probably just the scan but it does look a fraction soft

Personaly, I would loose the bottom 1/2 inch of the picture

Martin - there are a number of factors that may contribute to a slight softness. The main two being paper texture and because I used a hand-held camera rather than a scanner which I find reproduces tones better. I should probably have used a copy stand...

There are two or three other photos from this sitting that I'm dying to print, and another (the best of the day) which I've printed but can't show on-line.
