Haircut...

I like this very much. The lighting is perfect, the exposure too. Most of all, his expression. He seems about my son's age - 12 or 13? Lovely age, and a lovely portrait.

I only wish you had had a little more depth of field for his left eye and cheek, which is not a criticism, just a wish for even more.

I wish I'd tried a little rear swings to try and get more depth of field, but from experience with this camera, I doubt it would have covered. This was with a 9" ~f/5 Petzval; I could make a stop for it, but then you start losing that wonderful Petzval signature transition of the sharp to the blurred.
