Haarlem By Night

This is one of the most important and oldest buildings in Haarlem, that I have wanted to photograph for my night series for a long time, but just couldn't find a suitable perspective on. I hope I have now cracked it. Although the Renaissance doorway depicts and suggests a 17th century origin, the building itself is actually much older. It is the 14th century "Gravenzaal", former seat of the Count of Holland, since 1351 town hall of Haarlem.
