Interesting, did you use the Ilford SFX filter or another one or no filter?
What EI did you use?
Imposible to judge sharpness or grain from the small screen image but skin tones appear quite light, somehat as for HIE.

As always, I love your work, I do not know if it is the SFX or my monitor, but I lost some details in the head area.

It's not unsharp. It's the infrared effect on skin
