Taking a second look, I think the effect is more pronounced in the thumbnail view. But the larger view, if I just glance, it produces the same out-of-proportion look. BUT, if I take longer and follow the lines of her shoulder and arm I can see how her torso and neck are twisted. So on the one hand I still say it is a littl disconcerting. But that also acts a little bit like an attention grabber and so you look longer to figure it out.
Also, you list a Rollei 3.5F as the camera. I'm assuming 120 film. To me (personal preference) the 75mm with 120 film has always seemed just a bit on the short side for portaits. If she was leaning into the camera it might just exagerate the head and hand relative to her bum and back. Just another thought.
