Gum print

I have seen a lot of gum prints here from you recently, and I was wondering how you make your negatives.

I take my image with Nikon F100 normely on Ilford FP 4 then I make a dark and soft black and hwite print
And so in contakt with the print and Ilford ortho plus or a lith film developed in MG paper developer.
Lith film need a short flash to soften the lith film.
