Looks good to me. You might like to try DDX as well, using the time for EI3200 and exposing at 1600. I was impressed. I can't compare it to Ilfosol 3 as I haven't used it but having previously used ID11, I am sure that DDX is the better of these two developers for fast Delta films.

It is not for nothing that Ilford suggests that DDX is the developer for the Delta range
