I'm not sure I like this very much for a few reasons. The title describes something that the picture should do on its own, in my opinion. In other words the photograph itself didn't nail that fact. I'd be very tempted to crop vertically down to knock out the white truck as it adds nothing and is visually distracting. To me the interest in the picture is the toppled barriers but I'm still having a hard time making that interesting. What I may do is crop at the very edge of the leg of the second from the left barrier, retouch out the small part of the truck that is left in the picture then re-title the picture, The Shortcut, meaning someone knocked down the two barriers to walk straight through because they were too lazy to walk around. Then I think you have an interesting picture with people, even though they are not there. I would also lighten that building a little to make the viewers eyes go through that shortcut up to the building and beyond. Create a visual trail.
