Goof up

Trying to figure out colour printing. Compensated too much, and in the wrong direction. I retrieved it from the garbage after it dried 'cause it looked kinda of sepia.

Is this a color film print or a BW in color paper? Don't know what kind of film is the fuji nps 160.
 
Fuji nps 160 is colour print film. I had the colour balance way off. I probably couldn't repeat this if I tried to.
