It looks like the combination, and your hard work did the trick.

Fleath, I use the family Box Brownie II and am able to run 120 film through. So far I've run FP4+ HP5+ and Agfa Optima colour neg film through. It's a tight fit and one turns it slowly, but it works quite well.
The sharpness is quite good for that camera.
Not a bad overall picture, got any spare green grass?
