The bird had too many toes. And I couldn't figure out the squiggly line. I'm such a north-of-the-equator dork that I had to look it up.

Could this be multiple lizards? It looks like at least one set of footprints is super-imposed on the other. I'd think the two animals are close to the same size. The tails seem to drag in the sand quite heavily. Fortunately we don't have such critters in our area of the world. The tail drags us into the photo and I like the way the texture has been recorded in the sand. Other animal foot prints I don't recognize. And, their tails aren't dragging.
 
Yes, the Goannas are a large lizard, looking a bit like a Komodo Dragon, and can grow up to 1.8 meters or thereabouts. They do drag their tails, and going by the line this was a fairly big one. The other tracks are probably smaller lizards and birds.
