Gate at Night

This looks interesting - I like the composition and the overall mood of the piece. However, the JPEG file is too heavily compressed and it is causing some serious pixelation/image degradation. Could you re-scan it and post again?

This looks pretty good to me, I am having to look awfully closely to see the problems of pixelation and image degradation on my monitor. Perhaps because it's a crappy monitor. However, IMO it's a very well done image, that greatly benefits from the way you use the street lights and lamp in the composition. Just my 2 cents worth.

it looks like there's a good composition there apart from the small bit of snow in the bottom right corner. I think it's a little distracting and spoils the dark, mysterious mood of the image.

Looking forward to a better file too.

As requested, the compression/chunk of snow issues have been remedied.

Very atmospheric. Reminds me of what old Europe like Prague looks like in snow. Quebec looks like a place worth exploring.
