Finally - I got to go to a wedding last weekend and NOT be the photographer...naturally, I still brought a camera, though.
This is the happy resident farm dog at the outdoor blessed event. Sorry for the amateurish scan, this laptop isn't the best for judging photos.

The dog, the bike and the garage with background is my kind of pic. Definitely a B&W as opposed to colour shot. I was going to say that it was a little on the dark side but only a little but it may be that the scan is at fault

I think I'd chalk it up to the scan -- the neg itself has enough density in the shadows for some information to come through. What can I say, I'd rather wetprint it!
