No it's eye level, or just below.
 
I am asking because it looks like the ceiling of lights are so close to your head.
Distortion from a wide angle lens.?
But nothing else looks Bent/Distorted.
 
This is a 35mm lens - I'm tall but not THAT tall

The lights are relatively low and jut out far onto the sidewalk. It's always been an interesting spot.
 
OK..............6 foot 10 Colin.

But Yeah, that explains it. The ceiling lights ARE a bit on the low side.
It really made for a unique photo.

I am still just a beginner,
I was, sort of, embarrassed to ask.
How did you get your lens to distort JUST the ceiling angle.
 
They're a fair bit lower than that, is all I'll say
