Shot from a wonky bridge, new it would give me a soft image, didnt know the flag poles on top would resemble smoke and a nice dark cloud over top finishes the effect.
I only put on a Vignette.

'Alot of drama for the composition. I'm not used to 'mood' in this kind of shot. Bravo awty.
