I like this alot.....wet plate portraits often seem a bit too serious. I'm impressed that she could hold that look on her face that long. Must be long years of training....

12 sec is a long time to hold that expression, and for you not move so there is a nice clean reflection...nice Kerik.

Thanks, all. This was fun. She's always had trouble staying still for wet plate portraits. We did 2 before this and she is mostly a blur. So, for this one I sat her down facing backwards on a chair, then she leaned forward and grasped it tightly to hold herself still. The came the expression!
