eddie Aug 25, 2014 Thanks, John. I'm coming up with new ideas and techniques every time I put a negative on the lightbox.

eddie Aug 25, 2014 They're exposed negatives (strobe bursts) which are developed. Then, I chisel/scratch the negative. Then they're printed on Ilford MGIv, matte surface. After they're dry, I paint the prints.

eddie Aug 26, 2014 Yes, Michael. I expose/develop to get a uniform density. That becomes the "canvas" for the scratching/chiseling. There is no image on the film.
