Thanks. I cut my neg and tape it on a sheet of Mylar. Print is developed then moved to another tray. Lights on. Fog begins and you stop it with Stab. Then you have endless possibilities with the Activator. Pure or mixed with different developers, back and forth. Options are endless. Full immersion or not, brushes, whatever. Then you fix. And you can bleach and tone. Each paper gives a different response and color. Bleaches are amazing.I'm addicted.
I am extremelly stranger to this technology and I found it EXCELLENT. If Iam not wrong , I saw some works from Andy Warhola and 15 years passed , may be he used this process also ? Did he ?And for clarification,A- Cut your negative and tape to a mylar film.B- Print your negative on to paper, is that a enlargement or an contact print ? Do you use digital enlarged negatives ?C- Carry your print to other tray and open the lights and cut with a stab ? What is the meaning of cutting with a stab ?How many seconds lights remain open ?D- What is activator ? Is it sold or what is the formula ?E- You mix the activator with paper developers , I think you put the print to the activator and paper developer mix after the fogging ,Than you fix , bleach and tone . Did you use toner at the cola series and what is it ? If I am not wrong , Selenium is magenta but your prints looks like beige.F- What is Chromo ?Thank you clarifying it all.Best wishes from Istanbul and wonderful work , Thank you for sharing with us.Umut
I make Ortho reproductions of my neg, cut them and tape on 4x5 mylar. So it's enlarged to any size.Chromoskedasic is sold at freestyle (Stabilizer and Activator).Check the link at Freestyle.C : Stab freeze the fog.D : Brings colors.E : Options are endless. Colors come from different combo of dev and age of stab & activator.Best from LA
