Forest grasses

Good shot of the range of greens and lighter colours in the grasses. I don't think the figure of a lady in the background adds anything. I presume that the fluffy white stuff in the foreground is part of the grasses but is out of focus. It looks strange this way. Better if the DoF could have covered this.

I've seen some good shots of a willowy model in soft focus mode wandering through grass with a kind of far-away look but these have been the right model and in B&W and usually sepia toned. Still a high risk strategy even with the right model and setting. Most people use their wives, girlfriends or an inexperienced model and wonder why it fails.

But there was no lady! (Unless I've inadvertently captured some spectral spirit of the woods?) Soft focus willowy models aren't really my thing...
