footprints

VERY nice

First of all, I like the shot very much, lighting, tone, composition, everything works well in the image. And, in addition, what I really like, is the questions it raises. Specifically, it conveys an idea of all the people who the footprints belong to, being funnelled between the two rows of fence, into the darkness beyond, why? So what is it that's going on back there?
