This one version of the same photo, one cropped and the other untouched. I cannot decide which is the better image.
OR, should I attempt to dodge the dark leaves at the top?
Great shooting lesson here - if you had seen this ahead, you might have been able to step ahead one or two steps, had the same shot without the top leaves. (It's happened to me).
I prefer that version than the cropped one. The leafs on top seem as a contradiction between the "Real" and the "Fantasy" world. Also have the role of an entry point to the picture.
But...
If you allow me, i think the image is not complete. Something is missing from really been great. A person's figure somewhere? I can't really tell. Just one more piece to complete the puzzle.
I prefer this one...but crop out the left edge. Ya, I agree, get someone in that image...maybe Humfrey Bogart with a rain coat and cigarette hanging out of his mouth?
