Focusing on the details

When you haven't shot for a little while, you need an eye workout. So I started taking pictures around my workplace during lunch hour to practice again, and I got myself a little toy to encourage me too: the Proxar close-up lens set with the Contameter close-up rangefinder.

I'm really pleased with the image quality, since there is absolutely no degradation of quality from the "naked" Sonnar. Plus, you benefit from even more beautiful Sonnar bokeh (not shown here!) since you are focusing closer.

Interesting image! I have a roll of Kodak Portra 160 VC that someone gave me but I don't know when to use it! From this I assume it's for close ups ?

160VC will be good anywhere!
