Though I didn't do the experiment I had planned, I did learn that long expired film (2001) that's not been frozen loses contrast in a big way. When I revisit this place, it will be with fresh material.

Still an excellent composition with a nice atmosphere about it -- and a day outdoors and the sound of Uillean Pipes -- how much more could one need! 8)

This is a very clever composition, as the bend in the left rail of the Pier allows you to defy classic composition, but at the same time create an image that works well within the frame.
