First Bromoil session

First Bromoil session

My second attempt at bromoil, flaws and all. In spite of all the cautions out there I must have still had a drop or two of water in the near foreground, hence the white spots. I will probably try and re-ink in a day or two.

Loving this process, though. Bromoil promises to be a lot of fun and I'm already thinking of new shots to take advantage of the look.

Thanks so much, all! I don't think I've ever been so excited to explore a photo process. It's just so damn much fun! I appreciate all the encouragement and assistance. Gene Laughter has been wonderful in offering his advice. He's truly an asset to the community here.

Wonderful, Paul! Especially for being only your first attempts. This is great!

I don't know Gene that well, but he sure is a gentleman, and we should indeed be grateful to have him among us.

Beautiful and a great shot for the bromoil process. Just getting into bromoil myself and it is such a wonderful medium. Thanks for sharing it.

One word for it: Yeah!
