Like the affect in the clouds,a orange filter would be good,but what would be better is a cleaner glass on the scanner!!

like it but like mike c if you are going to present your work to the public it should be at it's best. this isn't. at least photoshop out the dust.
sec I don't think a orange filter would have been better it would have been more contrasty and possibly loose the other tones you have. again I like the shot it's self
